Biographical Summary: Susan C. Smith was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1999, after graduating as Valedictorian from Stetson University, College of Law. She served as a Law Clerk for Justice Peggy A. Quince at the Florida Supreme Court before entering the private practice of law. She has extensive experience in administrative law, health care law, civil litigation and criminal law. Susan is also an “AV” rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
