The Business Software Alliance (BSA) and the Software and Information Industry Association (SIIA) are very zealous in enforcing the licensing rights of their member companies. If you have received an audit letter from one of these companies, you need to have legal representation helping you respond. We can work with the BSA/SIIA to ensure that any audit is not used against you in court. The BSA/SIIA’s definition of piracy is not the same as the legal definition of piracy. So we work to ensure that what the BSA/SIIA claims is pirated is actually pirated. We will negotiate with them to ensure that you do not pay too much and that your reputation is not tarnished on their website. And, if necessary, we will defend your rights in court.
